Leaders of Tomorrow
Practical leadership programme for entrepreneurs, successors, young professionals and emerging leaders.
Your role is growing. Is your leadership growing with it?
Duration: 9 months · For: young professionals, successors and emerging leaders · Group: max. 12 participants · Focus: leadership, culture, strategy and succession · Format: group sessions + 1-on-1 guidance
Are you an entrepreneur, successor, young professional or future leader who takes their role seriously and is ready to grow in leadership and responsibility?
Leaders of Tomorrow is a practical leadership programme for young professionals, successors, managers and entrepreneurs within family businesses and entrepreneurial organisations.
It is designed for people who feel their role changing. More is expected of them. Their decisions matter more. Their team looks to them more often. And leadership starts asking for more than hard work, technical expertise or commercial drive alone.
Many participants work in family businesses, technical companies and entrepreneurial organisations where responsibility, culture, cooperation and continuity play an important role. That creates recognition within the group. You learn not only from the programme, but also from the experiences, choices and challenges of other entrepreneurs, successors and leaders.
You may already deliver results, take initiative and know what needs to be done. But at the same time, you may notice that the questions around you are becoming bigger than the answers you are used to giving.
Leaders of Tomorrow helps participants grow from doing to directing. From contributing to leading. From working hard to leading with direction, maturity and responsibility.
Who is this programme for?
For entrepreneurs, successors and emerging leaders who take their role seriously and are ready to steer more sharply.
This programme is a strong fit if you:
- Want to give stronger direction as an entrepreneur or future leader
- Are a young professional who wants to grow faster in leadership and responsibility
- Want to steer more consciously on behaviour, culture and results
- Work in or towards a family business, SME, growth company or entrepreneurial organisation
- Do not want to postpone succession, leadership and responsibility any longer
What will it deliver?
After nine months, you will stand differently in your role. Not because you know more theory, but because you choose more sharply, stand more firmly and lead more consciously.
Sharper decisions
You make decisions with more conviction and less doubt afterwards.
Stronger leadership
Your team notices that you are clearer, calmer and more consistent.
Culture and cooperation
You learn how to actively shape behaviour, culture and cooperation.
Succession and continuity
You turn vague future plans into concrete steps and conversations.
You also build a network of entrepreneurs and leaders who keep you sharp, also after the programme.

What you develop
Leadership for young professionals and successors
Many young professionals and successors grow quickly into leadership roles within entrepreneurial organisations and family businesses. Responsibilities change, but so do expectations from teams, family, customers and the wider organisation.
Leaders of Tomorrow helps participants grow from execution to direction. Practical, sharp and directly applicable in the daily reality of entrepreneurship, leadership and succession.
Leadership and succession in family businesses
In family businesses, entrepreneurship, responsibility, culture and family dynamics often run through each other. That means leadership in family businesses requires more than expertise or experience alone.
This programme helps entrepreneurs, successors and young professionals deal more strongly with communication, ownership, cooperation, continuity and business succession.
What will you work on?
You develop leadership that does not remain stuck in good intentions, but becomes visible in how you make choices, have conversations and take your team with you.
After this programme:
- You give stronger direction, even when not everyone agrees with you
- You steer more consciously on culture, behaviour and cooperation
- You dare to have the difficult conversations you may currently postpone
- You address succession and continuity concretely instead of leaving them for later
- You make sharper choices about where your time and energy go
You do not learn this from a book. You learn it by doing it, together with entrepreneurs and successors who are facing similar questions.
How we work
You follow an intensive 9-month leadership programme in a small group of up to 12 participants. The combination of group sessions and personal 1-on-1 guidance creates depth, confrontation and direct applicability.
You learn from experienced entrepreneurs, trainers and from each other. Not by analysing from a distance, but by looking sharply at choices, patterns and impact in practice.
We work with proven practical methods. This is not a non-committal course, but a programme in which insights are translated directly into behaviour, choices and visible results.
Small group
Maximum 12 participants, with strong personal attention.
1-on-1 guidance
Personal guidance without artificial limitations.
Direct action
Insight is always linked to behaviour, choices and action.
Careful group composition
We work with an intake to compose each group carefully. This ensures recognition in ambition, responsibility and development questions, while also creating diversity in companies, sectors and practical challenges.
Direct competitors are not placed in the same group.
Participants come from different regions and sessions take place at different locations. This helps you learn not only from the content and trainers, but also from the experiences, choices and questions of other participants.
