Format: two blocks of two full days + an evening programme · For: experienced entrepreneurs, successors and leaders · Experience: minimum 10 years relevant experience · Group: max. 12 participants · Focus: leadership, strategy and execution

Are you an entrepreneur, leader or successor with substantial experience, and do you want to steer more sharply on direction, choices and execution?

Cut to the Chase is the English working title for Korter door de bocht: a compact leadership and strategy programme for experienced leaders who want to create a strategic breakthrough outside the noise of daily operations.

This programme is practical, direct and confronting where needed. Not to make things heavier, but to get to the core faster: what is really going on, where do you need to go, what is standing in the way and what needs to happen now?

The aim is not more theory. The aim is sharper leadership, clearer choices and visible execution in your own organisation.

Quick comparison

Cut to the Chase: compact and intensive. Sharper direction, choices and execution for experienced leaders.

Leaders of Tomorrow: 9 months. More rhythm, depth and long-term development for younger leaders, successors and entrepreneurs in development.

  • Best entry point: if you already carry responsibility and want to sharpen course, choices and execution now

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for experienced entrepreneurs, leaders and successors who want to create more sharpness in a short period of time.

It fits you if you:

  • Have at least 10 years of relevant practical experience
  • Carry real responsibility within your organisation
  • Want to sharpen your leadership and entrepreneurship
  • Want to become a stronger strategic sparring partner
  • Need to turn choices into behaviour, rhythm and results
  • Are working on growth, change, succession or a strategic transition
  • Want to work on your own case outside the rush of daily operations

This is not a programme for people who are still exploring whether leadership is something for them. It is for people who already carry responsibility and feel that sharper direction is needed now.

What you develop

You develop leadership that does not remain stuck in good intentions, but becomes visible in behaviour, choices, cooperation and results.

You learn to see more sharply what is happening, where it rubs, where energy is leaking and what is needed to move forward.

  • You recognise behaviour, cooperation and patterns more sharply
  • You set clearer priorities and steer stronger on ownership and execution
  • You deal more effectively with tension, resistance and difficult conversations
  • You learn to distinguish between what is visible on the surface and what is happening below it
  • You gain more insight into how your leadership style affects your team and results
  • You build more trust, clarity and accountability within teams
  • You make choices that fit your role, your people and the direction you want to take
  • You strengthen your ability to lead smarter and more effectively instead of simply working harder

How we work

You follow a compact and intensive programme in a small group of up to 12 participants. The programme consists of two blocks of two full days and an evening programme.

The format is designed to create focus, depth and momentum. You step away from the daily operation and work on your own leadership question, strategic challenge or organisational case.

We combine sharp reflection, practical assignments, group interaction and direct translation into your own organisation.

Two intensive blocks

Two blocks of two full days create focus and momentum.

Evening programme

An additional evening programme deepens the connection, reflection and application.

Your own case

You work directly on a real challenge from your own organisation.

Small group

Maximum 12 participants, with enough sharpness, safety and personal attention.

Careful group composition

We work with an intake to compose each group carefully. This creates recognition in ambition, responsibility and development questions, while also bringing diversity in companies, sectors and practical challenges.

Direct competitors are not placed in the same group.

This way, you learn not only from the content and trainers, but also from the experience, choices and questions of other entrepreneurs, successors and leaders.

What will it deliver?

After the programme, you have more sharpness on your direction and more grip on how to translate that direction into practice.

Sharper direction

A clearer view of the changing future and your position in it.

Concrete tools

Practical tools to turn ambition into lasting results.

Stronger leadership

More effective leadership and management skills in your daily work.

Compact plan

A practical plan or OGSM that can be applied immediately.

You also expand your network with experienced entrepreneurs and leaders who recognise the same tensions around responsibility, direction and execution.
