Ei Openers incompany

Why incompany training works

Incompany only works when it does more than inspire.

We build programmes around your goals, context and culture, so behaviour, cooperation and execution actually land in practice.

Approach: tailored · Focus: behaviour, cooperation and execution · Format: compact and practical · Goal: lasting movement in daily practice

Many organisations have already followed training, team days or strategy sessions. The question is not whether people found it interesting. The real question is whether anything changed afterwards.

Did behaviour shift? Did cooperation become clearer? Were decisions followed up? Did ownership improve? Did the team develop a rhythm that survives the pressure of daily work?

That is where incompany becomes valuable. Not as a standard training delivered inside your building, but as a practical intervention connected to your own goals, people, culture and execution.

Good incompany work does not stop at insight. It creates agreements, ownership, rhythm and follow-up.

When incompany is the best choice

Incompany is the right choice when you are not looking for loose inspiration, but for an approach that moves team behaviour, cooperation and execution.

  • When you want to change behaviour and cooperation, not just transfer knowledge
  • When several teams or roles need to align around one direction
  • When you want to improve quality, safety or performance faster
  • When strategy needs to be translated into rhythm, ownership and execution
  • When leadership, culture or succession issues are too specific for a standard training
  • When the question behind the question matters more than the training title

What makes Ei Openers incompany different

We combine tailoring with sharpness and follow-up, so the programme does not stand apart from daily practice.

Tailored to your practice

Cases, language, level and context are based on your organisation.

Sharp and safe

Confronting where needed, always respectful and focused on movement.

Rhythm and anchoring

Agreements, ownership, feedback and follow-up in daily practice.

Small-scale and intensive

Focus on effect, not volume. Enough attention for real interaction.

Visible behaviour and what happens underneath

In organisations, the visible side often receives most attention: plans, structures, meetings, KPIs and processes.

But many incompany questions are influenced by what happens underneath: expectations, trust, loyalty, informal power, frustration, status, family dynamics, old patterns and unspoken tension.

Where relevant, Ei Openers also works with the organisational palette. This helps teams recognise what is visible and what plays below the surface in behaviour, cooperation, ownership and leadership.

How we work

We do not start with a standard training deck. We start with the practical question: what needs to be different in 90 days?

1. Intake

What needs to be different in 90 days? We sharpen the real question, context and desired outcome.

2. Design

We tailor the content to your level, sector, culture, people and practical reality.

3. Execution

Hands-on sessions with activating formats, real cases and direct application.

4. Anchoring

Agreements, rhythm, feedback and follow-up in daily practice.

Why not a standard training?

Standard training can be useful when the learning question is simple and individual. But many leadership, culture and execution questions are not simple.

They involve several people, different interests, habits, roles, pressure, informal agreements and sometimes tension that has been present for a long time.

In those situations, the value is not in delivering more content. The value is in creating a setting where people can look honestly at what needs to change and commit to practical next steps.

From inspiration to implementation

We design the programme so that participants leave with actions, owners and rhythm. This makes the difference between a good session and lasting movement.

FAQ

Is this really tailored?

Yes. Content, cases, formats and follow-up are tailored to your goal, organisation and context.

Can you work with multiple teams at the same time?

Yes. We design per target group and maintain consistency in direction, language and rhythm.

What is the difference with standard training?

Anchoring. We focus on rhythm, ownership and follow-up so that the effect continues after the session.

How quickly do we see results?

Often immediately. After the first session, there are usually agreements and actions that start the same week.

How do you plan this without creating extra pressure?

We design the programme compactly: focus on leverage, not on filling calendars.

Does Ei Openers also work with what happens below the surface?

Yes. Where relevant, we use the organisational palette to recognise what is visible and what plays below the surface in behaviour, cooperation, ownership and leadership.

Can the programme be delivered in English?

Yes. Depending on the group and context, incompany sessions can be delivered in English.

How do we start?

We start with an intake. Together we sharpen the question, define the desired result and choose the right format.
